Make AI check on you instead of waiting

Every AI tool you have used so far sits there until you type. That is a tool. The version that changes your week is the one that wakes up on a schedule, looks at something, and only bothers you when there is a reason to. Three pieces make that work, and you already have two.

Piece one: written-down know-how

A saved set of instructions for a job you do the same way every time. Not a prompt you retype, a document it reads. "Here is how I check reviews. Here is what counts as a problem. Here is what I want you to do about it."

Piece two: a clock

Something that starts the job without you. A scheduled task, a reminder, a calendar entry that triggers it. Boring, and it is the piece that separates a tool from an employee.

Piece three: a reason to stay quiet

This is the piece everyone forgets, and it is why most people turn these off after a week. If it reports every morning whether or not anything happened, you stop reading it by day nine. Tell it the threshold.

The rule that keeps it useful Run this check every Monday at 8am. If nothing crossed the line I set, send me nothing at all. Silence means it's fine. Only message me when there's something I have to decide, and when you do, lead with the decision and keep it under 100 words.

Three worth starting with

New reviews. Anything at three stars or below, same day, with a draft reply already written.

Quotes going cold. Every Monday, who did you quote more than three days ago and never hear back from.

Your own listing. Once a month, has anything on your Google Business Profile changed, gone blank, or been "suggested" by a stranger.

Start with one

Not three. One, for a month. The failure mode here is not that it does not work, it is that you set up six of them in an afternoon and by Thursday you are ignoring all six.
